Collection and Use of Personal Information


The company utilizes collected personal information for the following purposes:


(1) Fulfillment of service contracts and settlement of fees related to service provision:


Provision of content, shipment of goods or invoices, purchase and payment of fees, financial services, and identity verification.


(2) Member management:


Utilization of member-exclusive services and personal identification, prevention of improper use and unauthorized use by malicious members,

 confirmation of intent to join, age verification, complaint handling, and delivery of notices.


(3) Marketing, advertising, and statistical analysis:


Development and provision of new services, advertisement placement, events, provision of advertisements, information provision, 

and creation of service usage statistics for members.


Items and Methods of Collecting Personal Information


The company collects the following personal information for membership registration, counseling, service provision, etc.:


(1) Collected items:


Mandatory input items: ID, name, password, email address, phone number.


Optional input items: English name, personal customs clearance code, contact information, address, gender, date of birth, referrer ID.


Automatically collected items: browser type, operating system, search keywords, service usage and visit records, IP address, cookies.


(2) Collection methods:


Website, customer center inquiries, event entries, methods using generated information collection tools.


Use and Retention Period of Personal Information


The company uses personal information within the scope notified in "1. Collection and Use of Personal Information" and does not exceed the scope or

 disclose it to external parties without the user's prior consent, except in the following cases:


(1) Provision of personal information:


With user consent.


When there is a legitimate request from an investigative agency according to the procedures and methods prescribed by law for investigative

 purposes as required by law.


(2) Retention period:


Personal information is retained for the duration of service usage to facilitate smooth service usage. However, in cases such as member

 withdrawal requests or service discontinuation, the information is immediately disposed of or external disclosure is prevented. However,

 the following cases retain information for the specified period:


Retained items: ID, date of birth, email address.


Retention reasons: Prevention of service usage confusion, cooperation with relevant agencies for illegal users.


Retention period: 1 year.


Additionally, member information may be retained for a period specified by related laws and regulations.


Retained items: Service usage records, visit records, IP information.


Retention reasons: Communications Privacy Act.


Retention period: 3 months.


Procedure and Method of Personal Information Disposal


The company promptly disposes of information that does not fall under the '3-(2) Retention Period' as a principle. The disposal 

procedure and method are as follows:


(1) Disposal procedure:


When a member withdraws or service is suspended, the relevant information is disposed of.


(2) Disposal method:


If in a form that can be shredded, it is physically shredded or incinerated to prevent reassembly. If recorded electronically,

 it is deleted using a method that cannot be recovered.


Rights of Users and Legal Representatives and Methods of Exercise


Users and legal representatives have the right to view or modify their information and request withdrawal. Alternatively, 

they can contact the personal information protection officer in writing, by phone, or email for immediate processing.


Installation, Operation, and Rejection of Automatic Collection Devices


The company uses 'cookies' for service provision. Cookies are small pieces of information sent by the server to the user's computer

 browser and stored on the user's device. The company uses cookies for the following purposes:


(1) Purpose of using cookies:


To understand the connection status and records of service users or visitors for optimized service provision or statistical analysis.
