Product Quality Guarantee Policy
midam provides quality guarantee services for issues other than quality problems or simple changes of mind.
The guarantee period starts from the moment the product is received. Requests beyond the deadline will not be accepted.
Reference for Quality Guarantee Solutions:
1.Refund: Partial refund / full refund / return and refund.
2.Reshipment: Resend partial products / new replacement products.
3.Repair or Exchange.
The warranty period for products with batteries and products without batteries is 12 months and 18 months, respectively.
The warranty solutions are outlined in the following table.
1.For products purchased as gifts or similar items, refunds are only possible in case of quality issues.
2.Clothing, shoes, household items, and similar products are not covered under this warranty period due to their characteristics and purpose. For details on other product categories, please contact us or refer to different warranties.
3.Damage caused by wear and tear, along with natural product degradation during use, is solely the customer's responsibility and is not covered by our warranty.
Warranty becomes immediately void if the customer damages the product intentionally. In such cases, no compensation can be provided. However, customers can contact us to purchase replacements or spare parts (where applicable).
Photographic or video evidence of product quality issues is required.
For some products, customers must cooperate by providing evidence of damage or assisting in confirming and verifying issues. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to guarantee you under the product warranty policy.
Warranty will be invalidated if the customer operates the product under the following circumstances:
Hardware alterations or device rooting
Opening the product for repair purposes
Modifying, deleting, customizing, or exchanging product components
Using the device inappropriately
