Genuine Product Warranty Policy

Products sold by midam are genuine. If the received product is found to be counterfeit, we provide a refund upon confirmation and submission of valid evidence proving the false fact within 90 days of receipt of the order.

Upon verification by midam, you will receive a refund.

In addition to the actual amount paid for the product, a coupon worth double the product value will be issued.

1.Genuine Authentication Certificate (issued on the official website of the respective brand) is required.

It must be the original and genuine without any alterations, additions, or deletions.

Otherwise, the evidence will be invalidated, and midam will not provide services in this regard.

2.If this service is used for commercial purposes, this policy cannot be applied, and the credit rating will be lowered.

3.Coupons can only be used when purchasing products from the same category and cannot be transferred. The validity period is 6 months.

4.The effective date of this policy is April 1, 2024.
