1.Online Shopping: When purchasing items from overseas shopping malls, use midam Logistics Center's address for delivery.

2.Application Submission: After shopping, fill out the delivery application form. Based on your application, all services including receipt confirmation and customs clearance will be provided. Please include the tracking number on the application for quicker processing.

3.Receipt: Your ordered items will arrive at midam Trading's logistics center. Upon arrival, inspect the goods together with the submitted application form. In case of any irregularities during inspection, we will notify you via text message.

4.Freight Payment: We measure the weight of the packaged items for freight calculation. Paying the freight charges promptly ensures quicker delivery.

5.Air Transport: Upon confirmation of payment, we will proceed with shipping.

6.Customs Clearance: As your goods are already declared to customs for entry into Korea, any changes to the declared amount or recipient address are not possible at this stage.

7.Domestic Delivery: Once customs clearance is completed, we will deliver to your requested address via CJ Express.
